Follow the steps below to get started on your digital reading journey!

• You must first download the apps by clicking on the icons below.
• Create your account following the instructions using your Prosper Community Library membership credentials (User ID = library card number, Password = 10-digit phone number).
  • Prosper Community Library connects to Libby via the North Texas Digital Consortium.
  • CloudLibrary connects directly to Prosper Community Library.
• You can search for a title in the library’s catalog using the search bar above. Our catalog will display:
  • Any format offered in Prosper Community Library itself.
    • If the title is part of our physical collection, you can find it on the shelf OR put a hold on that item.
  • Any format offered either of our digital services: CloudLibrary and/or Libby.
    • Select any available format from any service to either be put in the holds queue OR to have the item downloaded to your device immediately.
  • You can search directly in either service’s app. However, the results will only show what is available in that one service.  That is why it is best to search our catalog first; it’s generally a One-Stop Shop!
    • If our catalog does not display a digital title for CloudLibrary, we may not own the digital title.  However, digital items owned by other libraries subscribing to CloudLibrary can be seen and made available to download or place a hold on by searching in the CloudLilbrary app directly.
  • Note:
    • Patrons have access to about 38,000 titles in Libby.
    • Patrons have access to over 200,000 titles in CloudLibrary.
  • Once you’ve downloaded the apps and selected your next great read from our catalog, go to the app to start your digital reading journey.
